Important Notices Prior to Booking

Room Cancellation or Modification: The best way to modify or cancel your room is either online at the reservation link below or calling the hotel directly. Please note: Both hotels have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your room within 72 hours of arrival you will be charged one night stay.
Housing Bureau Notice
There is NO housing bureau for the 2023 conference. Nobody will call you to book your hotel room, do not make a hotel reservation outside of the links on this page or by calling the hotel directly. Be sure when you book they know you are part of the IECA Annual Conference to get the best rate and be sure you are part of our group block of rooms.
