Martin Miller is the Industrial Compliance Supervisor at the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) located in San Antonio, Texas. He has been working for both SAWS and the City of San Antonio in the Pretreatment, Industrial Compliance and Construction Storm Water fields in various level of responsibility as both a Manager and a Supervisor for over 30 years. His current role includes supervising the SIU Pretreatment Program, the Industrial Storm Water and the Illicit Connection Programs in the Resource Protection and Compliance Department. His accomplishments have included development of various regulatory programs, educational outreach, and coordination of special projects. Management of these various programs has also included regulatory enforcement and compliance with a variety of Federal and State programs.
