IECA Events

Bringing People Together

IECA offers a variety of events throughout the year including Roadshows across the USA/Canada, the Municipal Wet Weather Stormwater Conference in the Southeast, and the IECA Annual Conference and Expo. In addition, local chapters run events throughout the year.

IECA Annual Conference

The IECA Annual Conference and Expo is the premier educational event for the erosion, sediment control and stormwater industry. Held in February each year, the IECA Annual Conference combines intense, full and half day training courses with topic-focused technical sessions and the largest expo of its kind.

IECA Regional Roadshows

Each year the International Erosion Control Association and our chapters sponsor a series of one-day workshops around the country called roadshows. IECA Roadshows provide you quality education from a national, state and local perspective. The content is area specific and will address issues related to stormwater management that affect those who coordinate and manage stormwater programs.

Municipal Wet Weather Stormwater Conference

Since 2014, the EPA Region 4 and IECA Region One in collaboration with IECA Southeast Chapter have worked together to produce the Southeast MS4 Conference. There isn’t a better place to learn what works in the southeast’s unique conditions, than in the southeast. This conference offers a wide variety of case studies, workshops, technical papers and much more. Take advantage of the education sessions, networking opportunities and exhibit booths.

IECA Chapter Events

Throughout the year IECA Chapters host regular events, which can be found on the IECA Events calendar. Each chapter has it's own website, so please visit the chapters page to connect with your local chapter.

IECA is the foremost organization for those involved in or concerned about soil erosion control. Membership (in IECA) tells others you take erosion control seriously and you want to help make a difference.
