Submittal and Notification Deadlines

Below are the deadlines for the EC11 One Hour Presentations and Full and Half-Day Courses. Please mark these dates down in your calendars. Failure to meet deadline dates may result in course/presentation cancellation.

May 26, 2010	Abstracts due to IECA
June 30, 2010	Instructors/Presenters Notified of Abstract Submittal Acceptance
July 15, 2010	Written Course/Presentation Paper or Outline due to IECA
August 13, 2010	Instructors/Presenters Notified of Conference Course/Presentation Acceptance
September 3, 2010	One Hour Presenters: Biography, Marketing Paragraph, and Presenter Photo due to IECA Full and Half-Day Instructors: Signed Instructor Agreements with Audio/Visual Requests, Biography, Marketing Paragraph, and Instructor Photo due to IECA
December 3, 2010	One Hour Presenters: Final Paper for Proceedings write-up due to IECA Full and Half-Day Instructors: Manual Content due to IECA (Powerpoint presentations must have acceptable proprietary approval)
February 20-23, 2011	EC11 Courses/Presentations in Orlando, Florida
